1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of adspinmedia.com, its forms and its downloadable content (together, the "Site"), operated by Ad Spin Media ("Ad Spin Media," "we," "us").
They don't cover client work. Marketing services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or someone else's information without permission.
- Send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms.
- Try to break into, overload, scrape at scale or otherwise interfere with the Site.

The Site's text, design, graphics, logos, white papers and other content belong to Ad Spin Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Ad Spin Media," "Ad Spin Tech," "Ad Spin Network," "Spin Engine" and our logos are our trademarks. Other names and logos belong to their owners, and their mention doesn't imply endorsement.
4. White papers and downloads
When you download a white paper or other resource, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it and share it inside your own organization. You may quote short passages with credit to Ad Spin Media. You may not sell it, republish it in full, remove our branding or present it as your own.
Download links are personal to you and may expire.
5. What you send us
When you submit a form or email us, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the Site. Any ideas or suggestions you send may be used by us without obligation to you.
6. No professional advice or guaranteed results
Content on the Site, including white papers and articles, is general information about marketing. It isn't legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and it may not fit your situation. Marketing results depend on many factors outside anyone's control, so examples and statements on the Site aren't promises of specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. 9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AD SPIN MEDIA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email support@adspinmedia.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized. We'll review and respond promptly.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
